EV Safe Charge Launches National Electrician Network for EV Charging, Solar, and Clean Energy Projects
EV Safe Charge has launched the EV Safe Charge Electrician Network, a national platform designed to help homeowners, EV drivers, property managers, fleet operators, and businesses find electricians working in EV charging, solar, battery storage, panel upgrades, and related electrification projects.
The network also gives electrical contractors a new way to build visibility as demand grows for EV charging and clean energy electrical work.
Launch Note: The EV Safe Charge Electrician Network is newly launched and growing. We are actively reviewing electrician profiles and adding Network Members across the country, so availability may vary by location during this initial rollout.
Why We Created the Electrician Network
Since 2016, EV Safe Charge has helped customers across North America deploy EV charging solutions for homes, businesses, fleets, hospitality properties, workplaces, multifamily communities, and public sector locations.
Along the way, one request has come up again and again: Where can I find an electrician who understands EV charging?
That question is becoming more important as more homes, businesses, and properties evaluate EV charging, solar, storage, panel upgrades, load management, and related infrastructure needs.
The EV Safe Charge Electrician Network was created to make that search easier.
Helping Customers Find Electrical Support
EV charging and clean energy projects can vary widely by property type. A home installation may involve a panel assessment or load calculation. A multifamily or commercial project may require utility coordination, conduit planning, charger placement, permitting, or infrastructure designed for future expansion.
The Electrician Network gives homeowners, EV drivers, property owners, managers, fleet operators, and businesses a place to start. Users can search for electricians by location, service area, and capabilities, then contact those businesses directly to discuss project scope, availability, pricing, and next steps.
Supporting a Growing Market
EV charging, solar, storage, and related electrical work are growing across residential and commercial markets. National forecasts point to continued demand for charging infrastructure, and the Bureau of Labor Statistics projects roughly 80,000 electrician openings each year over the next decade.
The EV Safe Charge Electrician Network is designed to help connect customers with electricians working in this expanding area of the electrical industry.
Creating New Opportunities for Electricians
For electricians and electrical businesses, the network offers a public directory profile, a direct link to their website, access to the EV Safe Charge Network Member badge, member pricing on eligible EVSE hardware and supporting services, and early consideration for future lead programs, co-marketing, and infrastructure opportunities.
The network is designed for contractors working across residential, commercial, fleet, multifamily, hospitality, retail, workplace, public charging, solar, battery storage, and related electrification projects.
A Note from EV Safe Charge Founder and CEO Caradoc Ehrenhalt
“Since founding EV Safe Charge, one of the most common requests we receive is for help finding qualified electricians for EV charging projects,” said Caradoc Ehrenhalt, Founder and CEO of EV Safe Charge. “The EV Safe Charge Electrician Network creates a simple way for customers to find electricians focused on EV charging and related technologies while helping electrical contractors participate in one of the fastest-growing segments of the clean energy economy.”
Part of EV Safe Charge’s Broader EV Charging Mission
The Electrician Network builds on EV Safe Charge’s long history in the EV charging industry. In addition to charging equipment, consulting, deployment services, and rentals, EV Safe Charge is the creator of ZiGGY®, the mobile robotic EV charging platform designed to bring charging directly to parked vehicles.
By connecting customers with electricians and electrical businesses working in EV charging and clean energy infrastructure, the network supports EV Safe Charge’s broader mission to make charging more accessible, flexible, and scalable.
Now Accepting Electrician Members
The EV Safe Charge Electrician Network is now accepting applications from licensed electrical contractors throughout the United States.
Because the network is launching in phases, directory availability will expand over time. EV Safe Charge is actively reviewing electrician profiles and adding Network Members across the country, so some locations may have limited listings during the initial rollout.
Electricians can create a profile highlighting their service areas, capabilities, and project experience. Profiles are reviewed before publication.
