Warranty Policy:

Each product comes with it’s own manufacturer’s warranty.

Return Policy:

All Sales are final, any returns must be pre-approved within 10 days of purchase, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Product must be in saleable condition and a return authorization (RA) number must be issued.

All returns must be received within 15 days of invoice date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns will not be credited after 15 days of invoice date.
All goods returned to EV Safe Charge for any reason must be shipped PREPAID.
Return processing requires two (2) copies of the original invoice and/or pack slip. One (1) on the outside of the package and one (1) with the product inside.
Product must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
Returns will not be accepted without valid RA number

Orders and Shipping:

In-stock items ordered before 1:30 PST Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1:30 PST Mondaythrough Friday or over the weekend will ship the next business day. If items are out of stock we will do our best to obtain these rapidly from the manufacturer and ship them out the same day we get the items in stock, following the protocol mentioned above for in-stock items.

EV Safe Charge emails and calls to verify product and delivery address prior to order shipping.

EV Safe Charge uses UPS for shipping. UPS delivers standard and basic expedited packages (Ground, 3 day air, 2nd day air, and Next Day Air) Monday through Friday. If you need to make other shipping arrangements, please contact EV Safe Charge at or call 844-EV-FOR-ME (844-383-6763) anytime.

*Orders Shipped in California will be charged California sales tax based on delivery address.
